Nintendo Download for April 13, 2017 – North America

Coming on the heels of another Nintendo Direct and on eve of some big Star Wars news, we’re back with another Nintendo Download. It is definitely a big week in the world of geekdom? Let’s find out if the newest eShop games add to the excitement.

Nintendo Switch adds three new titles and one new demo. Mr. Shifty will shift through bullets and master the art of lighting-fast takedowns in an action game focused on teleportation and stealth. For those of you wanting a party, The Jackbox Party Pack 3 brings five sense-shattering Jackbox games for you to enjoy with your friends and family. Also available are ACA NEOGEO SAMARAI SHODOWN IV and a free demo of Puyo Puyo Tetris.

If you’re a 3DS fan, you’ve got seven new games from which to choose. One of the bigger ones is BYE-BYE BOXBOY!, the epic conclusion to his trilogy. If you have any Kirby amiibo, you can tap them right into the game for extra costumes. Speaking of Kirby, you can download Team Kirby Clash Deluxe for free as a part of his 25th anniversary celebration! Also available are Bingo CollectionPic-a-pix colorFIFTEENAscent of Kings, and Scoop’n Birds.

Unfortunately, it seems like the Wii U eShop continues to fade away, as there is only one new game this week: Pic-a-pix color. We’re curious how many more weeks it will be before we stop seeing Wii U on the Nintendo Download list.

As always, we’ve put the entire list of new releases with their prices below, along with some featured activities and the newest discounts and sales.
