Classics, Triple A titles and more in today’s Nintendo Download!
After a light week to start off July, we get a full selection of games this week. The Wii U has more choices this week which has been nearly every week this year, but do not let that get you down as there are some big titles dropping in this week. Let’s jump right in!
Highlighting the 3DS side is the long awaited Monster Hunter Generations. Hunting giant monsters are back in style and look no further than the latest entry in the series. This title is a celebration of the all the various games in this series and will be available tomorrow July 15. This is the most customizable adventure to date. 7th Dragon III Code: VFD has also been added to the eShop along with your favorite retail store. Hunt dragons, gain experience, visit different eras and explore dungeons in this dungeon-crawler turn-based adventure. This is the first title in the series to leave Japan, so be sure to check it out and lend your support! Also available are Final Fight and Journey to Kreisia.
The Wii U gets Tumblestone an action-puzzle game where you match colored blocks in a fast pace. Play local or online multiplayer or by yourself in story mode to go for the high score! The Wii U virtual console gets three new games with Bonk’s Adventure, New Adventure Island, and R-TYPE. All three games come from the TurboGrafx-16 console, so be sure to enjoy an adventure, rescuing children or power up your spacecraft to take down aliens. Also available are Chroma Blast, JACKPOT 777, and Reptilian Rebellion.
