Nintendo Download for March 30, 2017 – North America

Comparing to previous weeks, I feel this one is a major letdown.  The Switch eShop gets an all time low of two titles, and is surpassed by the Wii U’s three.  The 3DS gets the most love with five titles.  Let’s see what is in store for us today!

Headlining the Switch eShop is Snake Pass.  Play and think like a snake in this physics-based puzzle game.  You can slither around, coil, or climb out of trouble.  I wonder if they put in an airplane level, that would be really fun!  The Neo Geo library expands with ACA NEOGEO METAL SLUG.

Over on the Wii U, we have the Wii Motion Control edition of a GameCube classic, Pikmin 2.  Formulate a strategy to pay off Olimar’s employer’s debt to this alien world.  You send Pikmin to locate resources, explore, and battle enemies.  Also, available are Miko Mole and Cube Life: Pixel Action Heroes.

There’s a variety of games on the 3DS side.  There’s a dungeon crawling RPG game Brave Dungeon.  Al can  recruit allies in her search for the ultimate magic item.  Perhaps you may like a game similar to Mindsweeper.   FOUR BOMBS is the game for you.  Maybe you want a classic beat’em up platformer.  Kung Fu Fight can fill that void.  Perhaps you just want a puzzle/builder type game.  SubaraCity is the game for you.  Finally, if you were considering Mercenaries Saga 3, then you are in luck as there is now a demo version available.
