Yamamura, Super Mario Maker fans will remember, is the helpful pigeon who gives you stage-building tips in the early tutorial stages of the game. He appears in the Super Mario Maker web comic along with fellow course creator Mary O. There, you’ll find that he ” loves edamame and long walks in the park.”
Both characters can be unlocked by completing their featured Event Courses. They then can be used in all levels through Mystery Mushrooms.
Excited to play Super Mario Maker as a pigeon? Sure you are. Tell us in the comments what other characters you’d like to play as in Super Mario Maker!
