I’ve been reporting the Nintendo Download for a few months now and you may know I am also a huge fan of Fire Emblem Fates. Nintendo has announced today that additional DLC will be released for the games. Starting May 5 will begin the second ‘season’ of maps. As with the first series of maps, you can buy them all up front within the Map Pack 2 which will save you some cash than buying them all individually. Also unlike the first series, these all focus on the children of Hoshido and Nohr. These maps all go together to form a new ongoing story. There is one additional thing, your normal units leveled up in the main game cannot help you in this series. A free gift is also available to download on May 5 for anyone owning Birthright or Conquest. Here’s a listing of the new and upcoming maps:

- May 5 – I: In Endless Dreams (49 cents)
- May 12 – II: Realms Collide ($1.99)
- May 19 – III: The Changing Tide ($1.99)
- May 26 – IV: Light’s Sacrifice ($1.99)
