The Game Awards had many announcements of new games and additional content; however, Capcom is deciding to takes things back to a simpler time for the fans.
Ghosts ‘n Goblins, the classic Arcade & NES hit from 1985/86, will be making a return. It was revealed to have a sequel titled Ghosts ‘n Goblins Resurrection that will release on February 25, 2021.
Capcom’s second announcement was Capcom Arcade Stadium. It is a free-to-download collection of 32 classic Capcom arcade games that will allow to buy additional packs of more games, including Bionic Commando, Strider and Super Street Fighter II Turbo . It will include 1943 – Battle of Midway for free and will all release in February 2021.
Finally, Capcom’s third announcement was a new trailer for Monster Hunter Rise. The trailer ended with the announcement of a demo for the upcoming game being released in January 2021 for a “limited time”.
