“Switch” found in Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time website source code.
Is the PS4 and Xbox One game, Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time also coming to Nintendo Switch? This could be the case if website source code is anything to go by.
This comes from a Twitter user who has went into the source code of the official Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time website. The source code specifically lists “Nintendo Switch” under the coding phrase “wheretobuy.”
While Activision has yet to announce anything, Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time could have a Switch version later down the road. A similar event occurred with 2017’s Crash Bandicoot N-sane Trilogy, a from the ground-up remake collection of the original Crash PS1 trilogy which eventually came to Switch in 2018. Interestingly enough, when asked about a PC version in a June 2020 interview, an Activision representative said, “We are still evaluating additional platforms for a future date. Stay tuned for more information.” Notice the word “platforms.”
