The hype train for one of the biggest RPGs this November continues with a new story trailer.
Shin Megami Tensei V was one of the first games announced for the Switch before the system’s release. Despite getting a big blowout at Nintendo’s E3 2021, Atlus is not done with the trailers.
The story trailer shows the protagonist in normal school life, followed by the phrase, “Tokyo is fading” as demons appear in a Tokyo wasteland. A mysterious female is shown talking to or about the protagonist and a security group called “Bethel Japan” is introduced.
Atlus has also provided a video description:
“In a world without its Creator, the Nahobino must decide what is worth saving… and what must be sacrificed in return. When the time comes, will you be ready to choose your path?”
Shin Megami Tensei V will release on November 12, exclusively for Nintendo Switch.
Dave’s first Nintendo platform was the GameCube when he was age 7; however, he was introduced to Nintendo through Duck Hunt on NES.
