It would seem that the summer game drought is in full effect. This week’s selection remains smaller in size. There is a total of five available titles with even distribution. Be sure to see the full details below.
I find it pretty amusing that I was okay with foregoing more information regarding Fire Emblem. We had a two week period with no featured items, and now today, Fire Emblem has resurfaced once again. No, it’s not a new title, just more DLC for the recently released Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia. In case you want additional reminders, you can purchase pack number five or still pick up the season pass to get all the DLC. Sadly, this is the only featured item that releases today as the others will come out over the next week.
3DS retail and eShop welcome two new additions. Nintendo’s new IP Ever Oasis launches tomorrow. It is an RPG game where you adventure around, gather allies, collect items, and battle foes in the typical RPG nature. Don’t like playing other people’s RPG’s? Well, now you can create your own with RPG Maker Fes. Create everything you ever wanted with customized characters, battles, and story. Then you can share it with the world and download other player’s creations. You can create and play customized adventures starting June 27.
There’s nothing else to really note this week. So if you are looking for Switch games you can pick up ACA NEOGEO Fatal Fury 2 and Oceanhorn – Monster of Uncharted Seas. - DLC Pack #5 – Cipher Companions Pack ($5.99, two pieces of content): Each piece of content in this set for the Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia game for the Nintendo 3DS family of systems introduces two exclusive characters from the Japanese “Fire Emblem Cipher” trading card game. The four characters will also be usable in the main game and are fully voiced.
