Nintendo has released a Day 1 update for the highly anticipated collection of 3D Mario games.
Players who bought Super Mario 3D All-Stars will be greeted with a request for a patch upon booting the collection up.
According to the official Nintendo Support page for this particular software, version 1.0.1 improves the screen display when playing Co-Star Mode in Super Mario Galaxy. It also fixes several other issues to “improve overall gameplay experiences”.
Many Nintendo system updates include “general stability improvements.” Because of these vague patch notes, it is possible that the games in Super Mario 3D All-Stars could receive little improvements through many updates over time.
Super Mario 3D All-Stars is now available for Nintendo Switch. It currently has a Metacritic of 83.
Dave’s first Nintendo platform was the GameCube when he was age 7; however, he was introduced to Nintendo through Duck Hunt on NES.
