It’s confirmed! It’s coming! This is not a joke, test, or rumor! Super Smash Bros. is officially coming to the Nintendo Switch, and will at least add the Inklings from Splatoon 2!
This announcement was made public at the very end of the March 8, 2018, Nintendo Direct. Check out the teaser trailer below, and then let us know what you think in the comments!

Not bad. I’m bummed Captain Toad is a port and not a sequel. I loved that game so much, but it’s not great to replay, cause you’d just be figuring out puzzles that you already figured out once. Maybe it’ll be worth it for the new levels.
Very pleased South Park and Undertale are both coming. I came close to buying Undertale for Vita and South Park for PS4 a few times, so I’m glad I held off. And I’m sure I’ll puck up Luigi’s Mansion at some point. I, too, very much enjoyed the sequel and never played the original.
That’s about it, though. Unless Smash is actually Smash 5 (which I seriously doubt), I don’t like those games enough to own a third copy of that iteration. Okami HD is another one – I don’t think I like that game enough to buy it a third time; I never got more than about half way through.
EDIT: Why is WarioWare Gold relegated to the bulletpoints? That seems like it should be a bigger deal. Is it just a compilation of previous WarioWare games, like the Mario Party 100 game?
