Nintendo Download for April 6, 2017 – North America

It’s the first week of April and the first Thursday of the month. That means the Switch has been out a full month, and the new titles are still trickling in. This week is has more games releasing on the Switch than previous weeks. Meanwhile, the 3DS has just a pair of games, similar to the last few weeks, and the Wii U gets a couple Virtual Console titles.

Releasing on the 3DS eShop are Dragon Sinker and Pinball Breakout. Dragon Sinker is a game built around the classic RPGs with simple graphics and classic style tunes.  Adventure out to find new party members and new class jobs. You can switch between twelve different party members in three teams, there are plenty of sidequests and other objectives to keep you busy!

Joining the Wii U eShop are a pair of TurboGrafx-16 virtual console games and Animal Gods. You can pick up World Sports Competition and Super Star Soldier.  The former is an Olympics sports style game, where you can play archery, swimming, rowing or track and field, to name a few.  In Super Star Soldier, Mother Brain (no relation to Metroid series) is invading Earth, and it is up to Neo Caesar and his small fleet to stop the invasion.

Headlining the Switch eShop is the port of LEGO CITY Undercover. Explore Lego City as the undercover police officer, Chase McKain. Track down Rex Fury and put a stop to his life of crime. Leading the indie side of the highlights is Graceful Explosion Machine. Pilot a machine with a high powered weapon past alien worlds on your way home. It has the ability to shoot, dash and combo your enemies that stand in your path. In addition, there is a demo version of Just Dance 2017. Vroom in the Night Sky and ACA NEOGEO ALPHA MISSION II are also available.
