Early this morning, we got seven action-packed minutes of Pokémon news about the newest RPG adventures in the main series.
The much rumored January 2019 edition of the Nintendo Direct never happened, even though many were hoping for it. Instead, we got a short video featuring indie titles and a few email press releases. So when it came to the rumors of a February Direct, many of us started wondering if this was a “Boy Who Cried Wolf” scenerio again. Fortunately, we were greated with an announcement yesterday that confirmed the video would go live on February 13. Let’s recap what was announced!
After a week its original air date, Nintendo went live with its latest Nintendo Direct video. We don’t quite know what was changed from the original video, but this was was packed with content.

The latest Nintendo Direct has been announced and will remain highly focused on the upcoming Super Smash Bros. Ultimate scheduled to release later this year on December 7th, 2018. Many more details will be covered regarding this highly anticipated game.

A couple days ago, Nintendo mentioned they would have another Nintendo Direct, which would focus on ARMS and Splatoon 2 for Nintendo Switch. Most of us around here were excited, as we still do not know much about these two games, even though they are launching soon. What we did not expect was the large number of other games they would cover during the Direct.
